How quickly can you respond to requests?
Our aim is to provide a same day response to all requests. We are very conscious that some pests may cause inconvenience and distress and wish to ensure that these are kept to an absolute minimum. We will always give a reasonably accurate response time to all requests for our services.

Is your service confidential?
Yes. We do not advertise our visit to your premises and will arrive at your premises in unmarked vehicles. Our discretion is paramount to ensuring the trust of our valued customers.

Bees

Can you remove bees?
Yes, we can, but we prefer to leave them alone. Most bees are harmless if they are left alone, but if they are causing your family stress, or if there is a danger of an allergic reaction, in these circumstances we will deal with your problem. If you have a swarm of honey bees, we will get in touch with local bee keepers to see if they can be transferred from your property.

Wasps

If the nest is left where it is, will it be used again next year?
A wasp nest is seasonal and will not be re-used.

After treatment, when can I remove the nest?
If the nest is reachable, we will remove the nest for you. But don’t remove it for at least a week. The queen wasp will be dead in about 15 minutes but the nest can take anything between 1 and 3 hours to die completely.

Fleas

Will the insecticide stain carpets and furniture?
No, it will not stain. Once the insecticide is dry it may leave a white residue which will dust off.
